Deirdre Dubuc, MS, PHR has over 15 years of work experience in human resources. Deirdre began their career at AllWorld Language Consultants, Inc. in 2005 as a Recruiter and Marketing Assistant. From there, they moved on to LinguaLISTek in 2006, where they worked as a Recruiter and HR Assistant. In 2007, they joined Shady Grove Fertility as a Human Resources Generalist and worked their way up to becoming the Human Resources Manager in 2013. Currently, they hold the position of Human Resources Director at Shady Grove Fertility since February 2021. Additionally, they serve as the Human Resources Director at US Fertility starting from August 2020. Overall, Deirdre has extensive experience in various HR roles and a strong commitment to helping individuals and couples achieve their goals of building a family.

Deirdre Dubuc, MS, PHR obtained a Master of Science degree in Human Resources Development from McDaniel College, where they studied from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Frostburg State University from 2000 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Business.
