Rob Wilson is an experienced IT executive with a diverse background in enterprise architecture, strategic leadership, and business process development. Currently serving as the Director of IT at Shadowbrook Development since September 2023, Rob leads IT initiatives and business strategy for a real estate development company operating in Florida, Georgia, Illinois, and New Jersey. Previously, Rob spent over 17 years at Johnson & Johnson as an Enterprise Architect, contributing to various strategic projects across the Consumer Business Unit and Supply Chain. Rob's earlier roles included significant positions at BD, U.S. Surgical, and Burndy, demonstrating a strong foundation in ERP implementation and application architecture. Rob holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a BA in Political Science and Computer Science from Boston College.
