Jeffrey Crisafulli is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in photography, project management, and operations. Currently serving as the Resident Photographer at Shadowbox Live since April 2013, Jeffrey is responsible for performance and event photography, as well as digital asset management. Previously, Jeffrey held the role of Solution Factory Manager at Kforce Inc, overseeing multiple scrum teams in custom development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM. As Chief Operating Officer at Leaderality, LLC, responsibilities included managing operations, financials, and website maintenance. Jeffrey's extensive experience at IBM spanned various managerial positions, overseeing large teams in software development and process improvement for major telecommunications and healthcare clients. Earlier experience as a Research Scientist at Battelle Memorial Institute involved developing software simulation models in Thermal Systems. Jeffrey holds a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
