Giana Orlando has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as a Food and Beverage Server at Shadow Wood Country Club since September 2021, where responsibilities include providing drinks and food to golfers while focusing on exceptional customer service. Prior to this, Giana worked as a Barista at Starbucks from September 2018 to September 2021, gaining skills in customer service communication and efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Giana holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Florida Gulf Coast University, with studies completed between 2019 and 2023, and is a graduate of Lely High School, having attended from August 2015 to May 2019.
