AJ Costello is a seasoned golf course superintendent currently serving at Shadow Wood Country Club since September 2021, following a role as assistant golf course superintendent. Prior experience includes positions at Grey Oaks Country Club, St. Petersburg Country Club, and The Vinoy Renaissance St. Petersburg Resort & Golf Club, all as assistant superintendent or second assistant superintendent. AJ Costello holds an Advanced Certificate in Turf and Turfgrass Management from Florida Gateway College, obtained between 2018 and 2019.
