Guillermo Cuellar has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and industries. Guillermo is currently working as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager at Seesaw Learning, a position they have held since September 2020. Prior to this, Guillermo worked at Edmodo from 2016 to 2020, where they held various roles including Customer Enablement Manager and District Engagement Manager. In these roles, they focused on maximizing adoption and engagement for school districts in the Western United States, providing customer support and training, and developing personalized goals for key accounts. Additionally, Guillermo worked as a Sales Development Representative at Edmodo from February 2016 to June 2016, where they successfully executed campaigns and collaborated with K-12 administrators to gather insights for product market fit. Before joining Edmodo, Guillermo worked as a Teacher at Footsteps Child Care from January 2014 to January 2016. In this role, they planned and presented lessons, analyzed achievement data, and participated in professional development to improve instructional practices.
Guillermo Cuellar obtained their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Arts and Humanities from Cañada College in 2011. Guillermo then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies, with a focus on Spanish, at the University of California, Davis from 2011 to 2013. In 2017, Guillermo completed a Master's Degree in Direction of Marketing and Sales at the Universitat de Barcelona.
