Karen Benson has extensive experience in the title industry, currently serving as a Residential and Commercial Abstractor at Continental Title Company since June 2014. Prior roles include positions as a SEARCHER and Title Searcher at Integrity Land Title Company and Integrity Land Title Insurance Company from February 2009 to May 2014. Previous experience also includes working in Title Insurance at LandAmerica Commonwealth from April 2000 to March 2009. Karen's expertise involves searching, analyzing, and evaluating title records through the examination of various public and private records, statutes, case law, and zoning ordinances. Educational qualifications include a Producers License in Title Insurance from the Missouri Department of Insurance and a background in Liberal Arts from Meramac Community College. Additionally, Karen is a veteran of the US Army Reserves, having served from 1982 to 1989.
