Robin Last is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service desk management and technical support. Currently serving as Service Desk Manager at Shackleton Technologies since June 2023, Robin previously held the same title at PRA Group from October 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes Senior Service Desk Manager, 3rd line technical support, and System Analyst roles at Ofgem from July 2017 to October 2022, and Service Desk Analyst at Ashurst from November 2014 to July 2017. Earlier in the career, Robin worked as a Senior Systems Administrator at Velocity Technology Solutions, German Systems Administrator at velos-IT, and German Helpdesk Analyst at Aggreko.
