Jenna Mattingly is currently the Director of Client Services at SHABANI INSTITUTE. Jenna has over ten years of experience working as a behavior analyst. Jenna started their career at Choate Mental Health and Developmental Center in 2008 and then worked at Jackson County Rehab and Care, followed by Warren G. Murray Developmental Center. In 2010, they began working at Shabani Institute, first as a behavior analyst and then as the assistant clinical director. In 2016, they returned to Shabani Institute and has been there since.

Jenna Mattingly has a Master of Science in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale. Jenna is also certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Jenna Mattingly reports to Daniel B. Shabani, Executive Director. Jenna Mattingly works with Lindsey B. Cohen - Regional Clinical Director, Portland, Mara Felix - Regional Clinical Director, Los Angeles, and Nicole DeStefano - Director of Supervision & Training.
