Ryan Gray has an extensive work experience beginning in 2000. Ryan started as a Technical Specialist for Engineered Wood Products at Willamette Industries, where they provided technical services to customers and was responsible for training and product insight. In 2001, they moved to Trus Joist - A Weyerhaeuser Business as a Technical Representative, where they used a proactive, consultative selling approach to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities. In 2004, they joined Weyerhaeuser as a NPD Project Manager and New Product Marketing Manager, where they were charged with identifying unmet customer needs and quantifying the associated opportunities. In 2008, they co-founded and became the CEO of SGW Designworks. In 2017, they co-owned Portsmith Technologies, a team of industry professionals with the shared vision of developing unique and intelligent accessories for enterprise ruggedized mobile computing. Finally, in 2020, they became an official member of Forbes Business Council.
Ryan Gray obtained a BS in Wood Science - Forest Products from Oregon State University between 1993 and 1998. In 2005, they attended The Wharton School for Executive Education in Marketing. In March 2021, they became a Pursuit Advisor Network Member through Because International.
