Deepthi Arul Prasath is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in developing and leading digital banking and technology solutions. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at SGTraDex since December 2021, Deepthi has successfully led user acceptance testing for a major digital platform launch in Singapore and collaborated with executive leadership to secure funding. Prior to this role, Deepthi held the position of Vice President-Lead Product Manager at DBS Digital Bank for seven years, where responsibilities included developing product strategies and enhancing customer experiences through data-driven insights. Earlier career experiences include roles as Senior Consultant at National Computer Systems, Web Application Developer at Singapore Exchange, Java Developer at Y3 Technologies, and Customer Support Executive at Sutherland Global Services. Deepthi holds a Master of Science in Information Studies from Nanyang Technological University Singapore and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Anna University Chennai.
