Amy Eckley, PHR, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Amy began their career as an HR Consultant at Battelle & Battelle LLP in 2000. Then, they worked as a Director of Human Resources at JBI Investments from 2002 to 2004. Following that, they joined Avery Dennison as a Manager of Human Resources from 2004 to 2009.
In 2009, Amy transitioned to Avon Products, Inc. Amy held various roles during their time there, including Senior Regional Human Resources Manager and Head of Human Resources for the North American Supply Chain. Amy stayed with Avon for five years until 2014.
In 2015, Amy became the U.S. Director of Human Resources for Automotive at SGS, a global certification company. Amy then went on to become the Head of Human Resources for Transportation at SGS. Currently, they serve as the Head of Learning & Development/Talent for North America at SGS, responsible for around 8,000 employees in the U.S.
Amy Eckley, PHR, MBA obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on HR Management from Miami University in the years 1997 to 2001. Amy then pursued their Master's degree in Management and Human Resources from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2009 to 2012.
