Roman Prykhodchenko has a diverse work experience. In 2012, they worked as a Software Programmer at the Senior Laboratory of the Department of Electronic Content Development at OMCET Sumy State University. From 2015 to 2018, Roman served as a Design and Development Engineer at "3D-innovation group" CCT SSU, where they popularized 3D-printing technologies and collaborated with other research laboratories. At the Center of Robotics Boteon Sumy, from 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Teacher of Robotics, developing robot projects and creating teaching materials. In 2018, Roman began working at Ingeniarius, Lda as a Summer Intern, where they gained experience in computer-aided design, mechatronics, and Arduino programming. Roman continued their work at Ingeniarius, from 2019 to 2021, in a mentorship role, focusing on computer-aided design and mechatronics. Roman also worked at Universidade de Coimbra, from 2018 to 2020, as a Research Fellow and Research and Development Engineer, where they contributed to projects related to cooperative perception with robots and multi-robot patrolling tasks. Currently, Roman is employed as a Data Scientist at WIDMO Spectral Technologies, where they began as a Junior Data Scientist and quickly progressed to their current role.
Roman Prykhodchenko earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sumy State University in 2016. Roman then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university, which they completed in 2018. Roman is currently enrolled at AGH University of Science and Technology, where they are working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science, and Biomedical Engineering. Roman is expected to graduate in 2024.
In addition to their academic degrees, Roman also obtained certifications in Neural Networks and Deep Learning from Coursera in December 2020 and in CCNA Routing and Switching: Connecting Networks from Cisco in July 2014.
