Carolina Masi is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources and management. Currently serving as Argentina Country Manager and Global Human Resources Business Partner at SGF Global since October 2021, Carolina previously held several roles at Coca-Cola FEMSA from January 2017 to October 2021, including HRBP for Planta Alcorta and Área Comercial, as well as an analyst specializing in compensation and benefits for Uruguay. Prior to this, Carolina worked at ZTE Corporation as a Generalist HR Analyst for Latin America and at Motozuni S.A as a Human Resources Analyst. Carolina holds a degree in Labor Relations from the University of Buenos Aires and completed a pedagogical training program at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional.
