Adam Bailey has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Adam began their career in 2008 as a Surveyor at Mustang Engineers, where they conducted property line layouts using GPS equipment. Adam then worked as an Emergency Response Technician at BELFOR Property Restoration, responding to fire, flood, and repair situations. From there, they gained experience as a Driver/Equipment Operator at Orchard Lane Excavating, Curry Supply Company, and PennDOT, where they operated and transported heavy equipment, trucks, and trailers. Adam also worked as a Driver/Equipment Operator at Schoolhouse Hollow Maintenance, where they performed carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work, among others. In 2016, they joined Your Building Centers as an Equipment Operator, handling small cranes, boom trucks, and forklifts. Adam then became a Boom Crane Operator/Driver at Interior Supply, Inc. in 2018. Lastly, they worked as an Instrument Technician at Encompass Energy Services, LLC, specializing in instrumentation. Currently, Adam is a Survey Party Chief at SGC Engineering LLC.

Adam Bailey received their diploma from Norton High School in 2001. In 2006, they obtained a CDL-A from Allegeheny Commercial Driving Academy, specializing in commercial driving. In 2016, Adam pursued a safety qualification by completing an OSHA-10 Hour course at Click Safety. Additionally, they acquired certifications in heavy equipment operation from the ATS Heavy Equipment Training Institute in 2009.
