Antonio Cernusco is a seasoned HR professional with a focus on recruitment, training, and people management. Currently serving as the National Recruiter for Permanent IT at SGB HUMANGEST HOLDING since September 2022, Antonio previously held HR Manager positions at ThinkOpen and EOS - Enterprise Organization and Solutions Srl. Experience encompasses comprehensive recruitment processes, the development and execution of training programs, administration and management of employee contracts, and strategic HR initiatives. Educational credentials include a Master’s in Management from John Cabot University and a Laurea Magistrale in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Sapienza Università di Roma, supplemented by an international experience at Université Lumière Lyon 2.
