Ashish Kaul started their work experience in 2014 as a Credit Analyst at Tata Capital. Ashish then worked at Kotak Mahindra Bank from 2015 to 2021 as a Relationship Manager. In 2021, they joined AU SMALL FINANCE BANK as a Cluster Sales Manager. Currently, Ashish is working as a Regional Sales Head at SG Finserve since 2022.

Ashish Kaul completed their Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business/Commerce, General from Shaheed Bhagat Singh College. Ashish attended the college from 2006 to 2009.
