Yogesh V. Deshmukh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and product development within the automotive sector. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Engineering at SFC Solutions since April 2018, Yogesh specializes in automotive sealings design and development. Previous roles include Shift Engineer across various companies such as Garware Polyesters, Jain Irrigation, Videocon Appliances, VIP Industries, and Lear Automotive, focusing on production engineering, design and development, and process planning. From December 2006 to March 2018, Yogesh held the position of Deputy General Manager for New Product Development/Engineering at Varroc Polymers Pvt Ltd, leading product development initiatives for 2-Wheeler and 3-Wheeler projects. Yogesh holds a Bachelor's degree in Production from M.G.M's Jawaharlal Nehru College of Engineering, completed in 1993, and completed high school at Bhagirath English School, Jalgaon, in 1987.
