Saira Demmer serves as the CEO of SF Recruitment, SF Executive, and SF Technology Solutions since January 2020, in addition to being an investor at Adamson & Partners since November 2014. Previously, Saira held the role of UK CEO and Board Member at Ignata from July 2014 to January 2020, overseeing a portfolio of seven specialist recruitment businesses across various sectors, while also acting as Group CFO responsible for growth strategies and shareholder value. Prior experience includes a role as Group Strategy Manager at Bupa and M&A Strategy Manager at Deloitte, with expertise in growth and acquisition strategies, commercial diligence, and post-merger integration. Saira holds a degree in French and German Literature from the University of Oxford.
