Rebecca Parnell is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in managing and directing operations across various regions. Currently serving as Managing Director at SF Recruitment since March 2013, Rebecca oversees the Leicestershire and Northamptonshire region, leading a team of 16 specialist consultants across diverse sectors including Finance & Accountancy, HR, Office Support, Supply Chain/Logistics & Procurement, and Engineering. Previously held the position of Regional Director for the East Midlands at SF Recruitment, establishing a new hub in Leicester. Prior to this, Rebecca held senior roles at Robert Half International as Associate Director in Human Resources, and earlier at Julia Ross as Temporary Service Manager, and Search Consultancy as Divisional Manager. Educational background includes completion of studies at New Parks Community College from 1985 to 1990.
