Alison Chan is a seasoned professional in community development with a robust background in workforce services and program development. Currently serving as a Senior Community Development Specialist at the SF Office of Economic & Workforce Development since June 2022, Alison has previously held key positions at Self-Help for the Elderly, including Director of Program Development and Assistant Director of Employment Training, contributing to organizational growth from May 2018 to June 2022 and January 2016 to January 2018, respectively. Earlier roles at the organization also encompassed operations management and project coordination. Additionally, Alison's career began at the Charity Cultural Services Center as a Career Advisor from November 2013 to January 2016. Alison holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Hong Kong Shue Yan University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
