Chris Arnold is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and platform management. Currently serving as Vice President of Engineering at Sezzle since June 2021, Chris oversees the operation, scaling, security, and compliance of the company’s platform. Prior to Sezzle, Chris held multiple roles at Leadpages from October 2014 to July 2022, including Senior Principal Engineer, where a strategic team management approach resulted in a turnaround of monthly recurring revenue, and both Senior Manager of Engineering and Senior Manager of DevOps, focusing on organizational streamlining and development pipeline enhancements. Chris's early career at Ecolab as a Senior IT/QA Test Analyst involved end-to-end test automation and performance testing. Chris holds a Management Information Systems degree from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
