Etienne Longeaud is currently Sales Director at Seyna. Prior to this, they worked at Mercer France from April 2016 to May 2022, where they were responsible for managing a team of 6 client managers and the strategy and pilotage team (reporting, offer and product growth, project management). Etienne also worked at Ecofolio from February 2014 to April 2016, where they were in charge of missions for the Offer and Development Direction. Their responsibilities included being a business analyst, conducting market research, economic monitoring and implementing market surveillance tools; being the project manager for the "Implementation of Prospecting Procedures", coordinating the Marketing, Legal and Partner Relations teams; and being the project manager for the "Implementation of Control Procedures", overseeing 6 external auditors. Etienne has also participated in various other transverse projects, such as the development of a new CRM and MOA for the evolution of IT tools and the intranet.

Etienne Longeaud has a background in engineering from EPF Ecole d'Ingénieur-e-s and also holds an Advanced Master in Strategy & Management of International Business from ESSEC Business School. Their areas of expertise include strategy, finance, management, and marketing.
