Stephen Komonytsky currently serves as Senior Counsel at Seyfarth Shaw LLP, focusing on commercial and corporate finance transactions for public and private institutional lenders, as well as private companies and non-profit institutions. Previously, at Scott & Kraus, LLC, Stephen was a Partner, specializing in senior secured lending, construction financing, workouts, and real estate transactions for financial institutions in the middle market. Earlier experience includes roles at Gozdecki, Del Giudice, Americus, Farkas & Brocato LLP, where guidance on regulatory compliance and loan workouts was provided, and at Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC, where representation of developers in commercial property transactions occurred. Stephen began the legal career as an Associate at Hennessy & Roach, P.C. Stephen holds a JD from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a BA in Political Science and German from Washington and Lee University.
