Blake Micheletto is an experienced wine professional currently serving as a Senior Sommelier at Sexy Fish since August 2021, following a role as a Sommelier at Nusr-Et from November 2020 to August 2021. Previously, Blake held various positions, including General Manager at The Metropolitan Grill and Lounge, and Sommelier roles at renowned establishments such as Zuma and Beachcraft at the 1 Hotel. Notable experience also includes bartending at Michael Mina’s RN74 and serving as Assistant General Manager/Sommelier at Prime Italian, where operational management and staff training were key responsibilities. Blake's early career featured a combination of sommelier and managerial duties at Gotham Steak and Caesar's Palace, contributing to esteemed wine programs recognized by Wine Spectator.
