Rebecca Johnsey, P.E., PMP, serves as the Senior Engineering Division Manager at the Sewerage & Water Board of New Orleans since December 2015, leading the Project Management Office and overseeing the Smart Meter Program (AMI). With a robust engineering background, Rebecca has held various positions including Senior Principal Engineer, Principal Engineer, Senior Engineer, and Engineer, managing projects related to drainage pumping stations and conducting feasibility studies for backup generators. Previous experience includes roles at Jacobs and Audubon Engineering Operations, focusing on mechanical engineering and compliance studies. Rebecca began their career at Dish Network as an Operations Analyst and served as a professor's assistant at Vanderbilt University while earning a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
