Charles Puls has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Charles started their career in 2006 as an Instructor at Science Adventures. Charles then worked as a Sales Professional at Restoration Hardware for a brief period in 2009, where they assisted clients with design inquiries and performed cashier duties. In 2012, Charles joined UTSA Institute of Economic Development as a Research Associate. Later that year, they joined Douglas Architects, Inc. as a Marketing/Administrative Assistant. From 2006 to 2012, they also worked at Puls Operating Co as a Technology Administrative, where their responsibilities included designing and maintaining filing systems, managing computer networks, and field work. Currently, Charles is serving as the Finance Director at Sewell Automotive Companies - Ken Batchelor Cadillac, a position they joined in 2013.

Charles Puls earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree with a focus on Management and International Business from The University of Texas at San Antonio, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their formal education, they obtained certifications including Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals - Lifetime from the Association of Finance & Insurance Professionals and Center for Creative Leadership from the Center for Creative Leadership.
