Joel Plummer currently serves as the Post Secondary Success Coordinator at Liberal Sr High School since June 2023 and is also an Assistant Basketball Coach at Seward County Community College since August 2022. Previously, Joel Plummer held the position of Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at the University of Illinois Springfield, contributing to the program's success. From June 2019 to August 2022, Joel Plummer was both Head Golf Coach and Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at Murray State College, where earlier, from August 2017 to August 2022, Joel Plummer also functioned as an Assistant Men's Basketball Coach. Joel Plummer earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from The University of Kansas and a Master's of Science in Academic Advising from Kansas State University, in addition to obtaining a bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from The University of Kansas.
