Rajini Hodigere is an experienced Program Manager at SEWA International USA since April 2018, overseeing multiple donor-supported projects in India and managing donor relationships globally, particularly with US and Indian donors. Prior to this role, Rajini founded EthniqDiva from 2016 to 2018, creating an online marketplace connecting handloom weavers with global customers. Rajini has a strong background in project management from previous positions at Exilant and Infosys, where responsibilities included managing large teams, revitalizing recruitment processes, and leading significant projects for major clients like Apple and Bank of America. Rajini holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore University, obtained in 1997.
