Melody Paige is a CMCA candidate with extensive experience in community management and property administration. Currently serving as an On-site Community Manager II at Inframark since July 2023, Melody oversees operations for an association comprising 5,200 homes and acts as a liaison with the Board of Directors and homeowners. Previous roles include Community Manager at RPM Living, where responsibilities included mentoring teams, monitoring KPIs, and overseeing renovation processes, and similar positions at Keener Management, Rockwell Property Management, and Independence Realty Trust. Melody's career began with positions such as Assistant Property Manager and Leasing Consultant, highlighting skills in compliance, budgeting, and customer service.
