Anna Malfanova has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2011, they worked as a VIP Passengers Handling Service Agent and shift supervisor at Kharkiv Airport until 2014. In 2015, they joined Acceptic - dedicated software development teams as an Account Manager and later became a Sales Analyst. Anna then co-founded and served as the COO of SevenPro, a Software Development and Technology Consulting company, from 2015 onwards. In 2022, they founded 7TeamPro Inc. As an Account Manager, Sales Analyst, COO, and Founder, Anna displayed their expertise in client analysis, tailored solutions, project management, and leadership.

Anna Malfanova completed their Master's Degree in Applied Linguistics from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University, from 2006 to 2011. In addition, they obtained certifications in "Organization and work of airport staff in the sector of guest service" and "Standards of behavior for airport staff in conflict situations. Management of reclamations" from the International Ukrainian-German Training Center "School of Hospitality" in October 2013.
