Khalil El-Mouelhy has a wealth of experience in the luxury hospitality and lifestyle industry. Khalil is the Chairman, President, and Founder of the Seven Stars Luxury Hospitality & Lifestyle Awards (SSLHLA), which is known as the highest and most exclusive award in the industry. SSLHLA aims to identify and highlight the exceptional entities in the field and is often referred to as the "Oscars of Luxury." Khalil El-Mouelhy is also the Chairman and President of SV MAGAZINES, as well as the Chairman and President of Seven Stars Media Corporation. Additionally, they have previously served as a Director for the World Travel Awards from 2005 until 2012.

Khalil El-Mouelhy pursued their education in an international context, starting with their high school studies at the Vienna International School from 1983 to 1994. During this period, they obtained IB certificates and a High School Diploma. In 1992 and 1993, they also attended the United Nations International School. Later on, from 1995 to 1999, Khalil El-Mouelhy enrolled at Schiller International University, completing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on International Business.
