Erika Ocfemia has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, currently serving as a Global Talent Acquisition - Master at Seven Seven Corporate Group since April 2018, focusing on data management, end-to-end technical recruitment, and process improvement. Previous roles include Talent Sourcing Specialist at Q2 HR Solutions, where strategic executive searches were performed, and Sourcing - Events at Sykes, responsible for candidate sourcing at various recruitment events. Erika also worked as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Philippine Bank of Communications and as a Recruitment Associate at IBM, where responsibilities encompassed strategic sourcing and employee referral programs. Erika began the career at Sykes as a Customer Service Representative before earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Our Lady of Fatima University.
