Deron Rogers is a skilled engineer with extensive experience in the water treatment and civil engineering sectors. Currently serving as a Project Engineer at Seven Seas Water since August 2018, Deron collaborates with plant operations staff to enhance the design and efficiency of desalination systems. Previous roles at Seven Seas Water included Plant Manager for Reverse Osmosis Plants and Operations Engineer, where Deron focused on inventory management and system optimization. Deron's background in the US Navy as an Engineering Aide involved drafting, surveying, and construction activities in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. Educationally, Deron holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
