Stephan Suherman is currently the EVP Strategy & Operation: F&B Group at SEVEN Retail Group. Prior to this role, Stephan held positions such as Head of Strategy & Operation Excellence at Shopee and Consultant at Bain & Company. Stephan also has experience as a Senior Associate and Senior Consultant at Strategy&. Stephan co-founded Andante Music School and has prior experience as a General Manager at Cahaya Teknik Abadi, P.T. Stephan holds a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class Honours) in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Mathematics, and Statistics from the University of Melbourne.
