Melanie Northrop is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Project Management System and Process Lead at WaterNSW since December 2023, Melanie previously held multiple roles at eHealth NSW from June 2015 to July 2022, including Project Management Consultant and A/Assistant Director, Program Change Management Office. Additional roles include IT PMO Manager at BT Financial Group, PMO Manager at Yokogawa Australia, PMO Consultant at Sydney Water, and various project management positions at Lloyds Banking Group.
