Baris Ertan is the Chief People and Transformation Officer at SEV– Health and Education Foundation since April 2023, overseeing personnel for a network of prestigious American K-12 schools in Turkey. Previously, Baris served as Chief Human Resources Officer and ExCo Member at Related Digital, a top 10 technology company, and held the position of VP in the HR Systems and Performance Management Department at Turkiye Finans Participation Bank, managing multiple teams. Baris began a career in consultancy and engineering with roles at Forte Consultancy Group, Peppers & Rogers Group, and Daimler AG, leading strategic projects and process improvements. Baris holds an MBA from IE Business School and advanced degrees in Financial Engineering and Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University, along with recognition from Purdue University.
