Kousai Elali has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kousai started their career as a Paralegal in Allens, specializing in Competition Law. Later, they worked as a Litigation Project Officer in ASIC. Elali then joined ACECQA as a Legal Officer before becoming a Solicitor in the NSW Workers Compensation Commission. Following this, they served in various roles at The Law Society of NSW, including being a part of the In-House Corporate Lawyers Committee and Human Rights Committee. Simultaneously, Elali joined UTS Faculty of Law as a Casual Academic-Tutor and Subject Marker for Administrative Law. Currently, they are the Head of Legal & Group Company Secretary at Settlement Services International.
