Jay H. Chung has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 2013, they founded RezEssentials, a student-run startup providing dorm supplies and in-room delivery services for Northwestern University students. Jay H. served as the CEO until 2014.

From 2014-2016, Jay worked as a Sergeant in the Republic of Korea Army. In 2014, they also had a brief stint as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley.

After completing their military service, Jay joined Xelay Acumen as a Business Analyst, consulting with clients from 2017-2019.

In 2019, they joined Securly as a Business Intelligence Analyst, later transitioning to the role of Manager of Revenue Operations and Business Intelligence from 2020-2021.

Jay then moved on to Boulevard in 2021, serving as the Director of Revenue Operations. Jay H. also took on the role of Interim VP of Sales from November 2021 to February 2022.

In 2022, Jay started working at Settle as the Head of Revenue Operations, and in 2023, they became an Executive Member at Pavilion.
