Emma-Clare Togher is currently working as a Home Ownership Partner at settle since October 2021. Prior to this, Emma-Clare was a Single Person Housing Advice and Accommodation Officer at South Cambridgeshire District Council from September 2019 to October 2021, where Emma-Clare was involved in a private sector leasing scheme.
