Matt Chagnot is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in quality and manufacturing engineering. Currently serving as a Sr Quality Engineer at Setra Systems since June 2002, Matt leads Failure Analysis and Calibration teams while supervising two direct reports. Previously, as a Sr Mfg Engineer at Setra from June 2002 to June 2010, Matt provided vital support for production work cells, focusing on equipment support, procedure development, and key operational metrics. Matt's career began at Honeywell Data Instruments, where valuable manufacturing engineering experience was gained from 1989 to 2001. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering from Northeastern University, obtained between 1989 and 1994.
