Mai Nguyen is a Senior Software Engineer at Setra Systems, specializing in diagnosing and troubleshooting water treatment systems. With previous experience as a Project Engineer and Field Engineer at ALSYS Group, Mai provided customer success support, performed data analysis, and conducted troubleshooting on control systems for water reclamation facilities.
