Tracy B. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Tracy began their career in 2003 as a Human Resources Generalist at Goodrich, where they worked until 2009. From 2010 to 2012, Tracy served as a Business Support Administrator at EnviroCooler LLC. Tracy then transitioned to Office Depot as an Assistant Store Manager from 2015 to 2016. Tracy joined Island Hospitality Management in 2017 as an Area Sales Manager for Hampton Inn & Homewood Suites, where they remained until 2020. Tracy then joined Sethi Management, Inc. and held multiple positions, including Director of Sales Marketing and Taskforce Director of Sales. In 2021, they also became the Director of Sales Marketing for Home2 Suites. Tracy's most recent role is as the Opening Director of Sales for DoubleTree at Hotel Equities, which they have held since 2021.

Tracy B. earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Criminalistics and Criminal Science from California State University, Long Beach, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Additionally, Tracy has obtained certifications in Delphi, Sprinklr Certification, and Hilton Core Sales, with the most recent certification in Delphi being awarded in 2021.
