Paul Glass has a diverse work experience in the technology and engineering industry. Paul started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Carnegie Mellon University, where they conducted research on biologically-inspired patterned adhesive materials for medical applications. Paul also collaborated with gastroenterologists to design and evaluate swallowable capsules for disease diagnosis and therapy.

After that, Glass joined Setex Technologies, where they held various roles over the years. Paul started as a Senior Research Engineer, working on mechanical engineering R&D for biologically-inspired adhesive materials. Paul raised research funding and co-invented two filed patents during this time.
