Bruce Watanabe is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in technology and commerce. As the Co-Founder and CEO of PowerBuy since August 2019, Watanabe has driven innovation in social commerce through features like Group Buy and Social Commerce AI. Watanabe also co-founded SETA International in 2008, a global systems integration company known for delivering high-quality software solutions. Previously, Watanabe led MassGenie as Co-Founder and CEO, creating a unique online social shopping marketplace. Watanabe's career includes significant roles at IBM Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from Channel Executive to Senior Manager, and at FileNet Corporation in various engineering and managerial positions. Watanabe holds a B.A. in Economics from UC Irvine and an Executive MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
