Lauren Zorko has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Lauren began their career at Jellystone Park of Fort Atkinson in 2004, where they served as an Accounting & Personnel Manager until 2008. From there, they joined Bruno Independent Living Aids as a Payroll and Human Resource Administrator. In 2014, they started working at SET Environmental, Inc., first as an HR Coordinator/Recruiter and later as a Senior Recruiter. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Human Resources Generalist at SET Environmental, Inc.

Lauren Zorko, PHR, obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. Lauren further pursued their education at the University of Phoenix, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from 2020 to 2022. Lauren also holds additional certifications, including a Master of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, obtained in October 2022, and a Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI, obtained in June 2017.
