Allen M. Weiss, PE, LC, MEIES has extensive experience in the field of electrical engineering and lighting design. Sesco Lighting began their career at HNTB in 1969, where they worked as the Director of Electrical Engineering and Lighting Design Services. After leaving HNTB in 1976, they joined Ballinger as the Director of Electrical Engineering, a position they held for 11 years. In 1987, they became a Director of Electrical Engineering/Partner at CUH2A and continued in this role until 1998.
