Jordi Nogués has a diverse work experience across various roles in the field of sales operations, CRM, and digital marketing. Jordi currently serves as the Head of Sales Operations at Sesame HR, where they oversee and coordinates activities supporting the sales team. Prior to this, Jordi worked as a CRM and Digital Sales Operations lecturer, teaching about technology management for customer relationships and driving business growth. Jordi has also held positions as Head of Sales Operations and Global CRM Lead at Jeff, where they implemented strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity. Jordi has experience as a professor of LinkedIn at EDEM Escuela de Empresarios, helping students understand the platform's potential for marketing and sales. Additionally, they have worked as Chief Marketing Officer at Increnta, Spring Spain, Waidis Talent Analytics, and Grupo Ibricks, where they directed marketing strategies, analyzed competition, and managed targets.

Jordi Nogués pursued a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design at Middlesex University from 2012 to 2013. Jordi then continued their education at Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) and completed a Master's degree in Marketing and Corporate Communication Management from 2014 to 2015. Prior to that, they studied at UPV from 2010 to 2014 and obtained a degree in Design and Product Development Engineering with a double specialization in Industrial Product Design and Graphic Design.
