Dulce Nuñez has extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety within the food industry. Currently serving as the Peanut Business Unit Leader and Quality Assurance Head at Grupo Sesajal® since December 2018, Dulce is responsible for managing the implementation and maintenance of certification schemes for various business units. Previously, roles included Coordinador de Sistemas de Calidad e Inocuidad de Empresas Filiales and Analista de Sistema de Gestion Integral, focusing on document control and integration of certification requirements. Prior experience includes overseeing quality and food safety at Men Oro S. de R.L. de C.V. and serving as a Quality Materials Engineer at América Alimentos. Dulce holds degrees in Food Engineering and a Technical High School diploma in Food Chemistry from Universidad de Guadalajara.
