Luis Nakpil has a extensive work experience in the field of telecommunications and satellite systems. Luis first worked as a Communication Systems Consultant at Tymnet from February 1981 to April 1983. Luis then joined Amdahl Communication Systems Division as a Systems Engineer from May 1983 to July 1984.
